  My sister and I went to the drive through on our way home to get some ice cream, 2 weeks ago. I paid with my debit card and just today, my car was charged! What the heck! It takes 2 weeks to process cards? It's 2016! I was so disappointed with the service.

  I have never had a problem with this dairy Queen till today. Customer service was terrible. The cashier didn't give us our number or our cups I had to wait in line to ask for them. I order the new funnel cake a la mode and the cashier didn't ask what topping I would like just gave me fudge. The fries were cold and the burgers were sloppy and mine only had mustard and pickles on it and I didn't ask for it that way. My husbands was thrown together like a toddler made it and to top it off they didn't have the ac on. This place is a joke I will never be eating there again. I also witnessed them being overly rude to customers who were asking for normal things like a drink tray for there Togo order and they acted so inconvenienced by it.
