- 5 / 5By Jon KranzHad lunch at Bronco Billy's yesterday. I had the 3 softshell tacos lunch special. These come as meat and shells, and you add your own toppings. They were certainly generous with the beef, which was really good, though a bit mild for my taste. To mine I added lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Onions were available as well, but I don't eat them. The resulting concoction was fantastic, and filling. All for six bucks! Had a Belgian White from the tap and left very satisfied. Service was superb and friendly. Highly recommended! One request I would offer is that one could have the option of chorizo mixed in with, or on the side of the beef for an extra charge.October 30, 2016
